# ECHO OF BANK HOLIDAY The bank holiday is having an echo in the affairs of Alberta-Pacific Consolidated Oil company, operating in Cut Bank field. A Montana agent of the company had A. P. Con. funds in the Kevin bank. The Kevin bank was one of those which failed to reopen. Now comes the question: who lost the money, the A. P. Con. or the agent? The case has been brought to a head by Attorney L. P. Donovan who has filed action for temporary receivership for the Montana properties of A. P. Con, while creditors are filing liens, expecting the court to decide who is going to pay.
