NOTICE OF SALE OF ASSETS OF FIRST STATE BANK OF JOPLIN In the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Liberty. THE STATE OF MONTANA ex rel, WELLINGTON D. RANKIN, ATTORNEY GENERAL, Plaintiff, THE FIRST STATE BANK OF JOPLIN, Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of the above named Court, made September 8th, 1927 the undersigned Receiver of The First State Bank of Joplin, will sell Public Auction, to the Highest bidder or bidders for cash. on the fourth day of October 1927. at the hour of ten o'clock. A. M. at or in the banking house of said Bank in Joplin. Montana, all of the remaining assets of said Bank of whatsoever kind or nature, including the bank furniture and equipment together with Bills Receivable, and all claims demands existing in favor of said Receivership, such sale or sales to be subject to the confirmation of said Court and said assets are to be sold in separate parcels or in bulk. as the Receiver may determine to be most beneficial to depositors and creditors. ALIAS SUMMONS In the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana. in and for the County of Liberty EDITH H. LUFKIN, Plaintiff. PETER A. GAASKJOLEN D. CASE, as Receiver of John F. Sinclair Company corporation, GEORGE H. STANTON, as Receiver of The First State Bank of Joplin corporation, WILLARD B. CLQW COMPANY, a corporation, The State of Montana Sends Greetings to the above named defendants, and to each of them: You are hereby summoned to answer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of ths Court, a copy of which is herewith served upon one of you in each county wherein any of you reside, and to file your answer and serve copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney within twenty days after the service of this summons. exclusive of the day of service. and in case of your failure to appear or answer, judgment will be taken against you, by default, for the redemanded in the complaint. Said action being brought for the purpose of obtaining a judgment and decree for the sale of the property hereinafter described for the satisfaction of an indebtedness made by Peter A. Gaaskjolen for the sum of $1837.50 together with interest thereon on four certain promissory notes, and likewise for the sum of $417 69 together with interest thereon at the rate of 12% per annum from the 30th day of June, 1925, being the delinquent taxes paid by plaintiff herein for the years 1919 to 1924 inclusive. and for the purpose of foreclosing a certain mortgage made and exect uted by the defendant Peter Gaaskjolen to W. B Clow. which said notes and were signed to plaintiff herein: and for the payment of reasonable attenney's fee for the foreclosure of safe mortgage all of which more fully appears from the complaint on file herein. to which reference is here by made.
