INJECTION OF CASH GHON CURES BANK RUN AT HAVRE: LIE CAUSE Depositors Paid So Promptly They Grew Weary of Withdrawing Their Money. Special to The Tribune. Havre, Dec. 9.-Havre tested one of its banks, the Security state, with a depositors.run that lasted from Tuesday morning until 11 o'clock Wednesday forenoon, but the paniky patrons were the first to grow groggy and took the count at that hour. The bank is still going strong. with plenty of cash to meet all demands, but the demands have run their course and the scared depositors are coming back, realizing that they were the victims of a false report. What seems to have started the run was the presence of a lot of miners from the Alcott mine there Saturday evening, the semi-monthly pay day, getting their checks cashed. There was considerable of a crowd, and the size of it started a rumor of a run. The bank met the succeeding excitement by prompt payment in cash, waiving the 60-day notice requirment. The report that started the trouble has been traced to a person who owes the bank some money and against whom suit was brought some months ago. It has not been determined
