Sam A. Dempster and Mary Dempster, his wife, Security State Bank of Devon, a corporation, and E. Verne Day, as Receiver of Security State Bank of Devon, a corporation, L. P. Jackson, a single man, and S. S. Defendants Ford, Trustee, To be sold at Sher'ff's Sale on the 15th day of October, A. D., 1927, at 2 o'clock P. M., at the front door of the Court House in the City of Shelby, in the said county of Toole, the following property: Lots One (1,) Two (2,) Three (3) and Four (4,) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Eighteen (18,) in Township Thirty-Five (35) North of Range Two (2,) East of the Montana Meridian, containing 307 acres, more or less, according to the United States Government Survey thereof.
