Verne Day, Receiver of Security State Bank, Devon, Montana, Toole County, a political subdivision of State of Montana, Defendants., To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 17th day of October, A. D. 1924, at 3 o'clock P. M. at the front door of the Court House in the City of Shelby, in the said County of Toole, the following property: The Southeast quarter (SE1-4) of Section Twenty-five (25) in Township thirty-five (35) north Range One (1) east of the Montana Meridian, containing 160 acres more or less, according to the government survey thereof.
