order IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF MONTANA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF McCONE. IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT OF A RECEIVER FOR THE FIRST STATE BANK OF BROCKWAY, A petition having been filed in the above entitled Court praying that an order be made appointing a receiver for the First State Bank of Brockway, at Brockway, Montana.: It is hereby ordered that a hearing upon said petition shall be had at the court house, in the court room thereof, at the town of Circle, McCone County, Montana, on the 20th day of March, 1923, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock P. M., of said day, when and where all persons interested may appear and be heard. And it is further ordered that a copy of the petition, together with a copy of this order, be served upon the President or Cashier of the said bank and further, that a copy of this order be published in the Circle Banner for at least one issue thereof prior to the date of the hearing herein. Schneider, well known Brock. way merchant, was a business caller in town Monday. The Lutheran Ladies Aid will meet at the Church Basement on Wednesday October 31st. Mrs. Boyum and Mrs. O. C. Brown, will entertain. A cordial welcome extended to all. BORN-to Mr. and Mrs. Leo Janies a 7 1b. baby girl last Saturday. All concerned doing nicely. DEMPSEY-GIBBONS FIGHT PIC TURES WILL BE SHOWN AT THE PRINCESS THEATRE CIRCLE ON TUESDAY, NOV. 13TH. KEEP THE DATE IN MIND. Mrs. C. R. Miller left last week for Ann Arbor, Michigan where she will spend the winter with relatives. M. P. Nelson and wife of Arlington, S. Dak., arrived here recently and expect to spend the winter here. Mrs. F. R. Hopkins, and two childrn, accompanied by her brother Mr. Osmundson passed through here Sunday on their way to Everett, Wash. traveling through in a Ford car. Paul Schillinger of Vida was business caller at the County Seat on Monday. It is reported that o. A. Moxnees of Brockway has tendered his resignation as Receiver of the First State Bank of Brockway, and that Mr. Moxness and family will soon leave for California. WELLIVER APPOINTED RECEIVER BROCKWAY BANK R. L. Welliver, the local abstract man, has been appointed Receiver of the First State Bank of Brockway, by Judge F. P. Leiper. Mr. Welliver was appointed to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of O. A. Moxness, who is leaving for the west coast country, intending to locate out there some place.

THE FARMERS AND MECHANICS SAVINGS BANK OF MINNEAPOLIS, a corporation, Plaintiff. vs. EDWIN S. McKEAN, AND ADDA M. MCKEAN, his wife, FIRST LOAN AND SECURITIES COMPANY, a corporation, and R. L. WELLIVER, as Receiver of FIRST STATE BANK OF BROCKWAY, a corporation, Defendants.
