Deicken, unmarried; Billings National Farm Loan Association, a corporation; Edna Brown: The American National Bank. successor to American Bank & Trust Co., of Billings, Montana, corporation; George W. Swords, receiver of The American National Bank of Billings, Montana; State Board of Hail Insurance, Montana; Florence Nibbe; and Yellowstone County, Montana, municipal corporation, and Eva Frances Witteman, Defendants.
