The Citizens Bank which suspended payment two weeks ago, will, we are reliably informed, be able to reopen for business sometime during the first of February. Except for, a few preliminaries all arrangements have been perfected for resuming business. While the misfortune that befel this bank has caused some loss, we feel that when it again opens for business, confidence will be restored and a prosperous future opened up for the institution.Woodville Republican.
