Notice to Creditors of Bank of Pickens. J. R. Hoover et al. VS. Bank of Pickens. To all persons holding claims against the Bank of Pickens as depositors or creditors and who have any claims or demands of any kind or character against the Bank of Pickens. of Pickens, Holmes county. Miss: You are hereby notified, required and commanded to file with J. H. Willis, receiver of said bank. at his office at Pickens. Holmes county. Mississippi, on or before Monday. the 1st day of July. 1912. the original evidences of said claims and demands if in existence, or written statements thereof if the originals cannot be SO produced, which you may have or claim against said bank, the same to be audited and approved by said. receiver if same are due and correct, otherwise to be disallowed. If said claims and demands are not SO presented and filed with the said receiver on or before Monday. the 1st day of July. 1912, the same will be disallowed and forever barred. This notice is given in conformance with and as required by that certain decree of the chancery court of Holmes county. Mississippi, in above styled cause, on the 29th day of May. 1912, at the May term of said court. and no claims will be allowed or filed or paid by the receiver unless the same are presented as provided by said decree. the same being recorded in Minute Book 7. page 614 of the minutes of said court.
