NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS OF THE MERCHANTS AND FARMERS BANK. Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of January, A. D. 1921, an order was made and entered in the cause entitled R. C, Carter, et al. Vs. Duke M. Kimbrough, et al. No. 4775, in the Chancery-court of Lafayette county, Mississippi, whereby the undersigned was appointed a special receiver and master in said cause, and ordered to give notice to all creditors of the Merchants and Farmers Bank, of Oxford, Lafayette county, Mississippi, that on the 24th day of January, A. D. 1921, at 10 A. M. in the office of the chancery clerk of said county and state, all the creditors of the said Merchants and Farmers Bank may present or asert any right or elaim to any part of the fund directed to be paid by said order by the defendants in said cause; Now, therefore, you are hereby notified that on said date, to wit, the 24th day of January, A. D. 1921, you may, at the place aforesaid, present your claim to me, duly sworn to, showing the amount you claim to be due you by the said Merchants and Farmers Bank. Witness my signature, this the 13, day of January, A. D. 1921. W. M. WOODWARD, Special Receiver and Master.
