No. 10499. Sheriff's Sale In the District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Hill. Henry Luehrs, Plaintiff, VS. David G. Alleger and Fanny Alleger his wife; Dierdorff-Ross Company, a corporation; Hill County, Montana, a municipal corporation; The First National Bank of Fresno, Montana, a corporation; and Frank Browne, as Receiver of The First National Bank of Fresno, Montana, a corporation, and Chain Lakes Gas & Oil Co., a corporation, Defendants. To be sold at Sheriff's Sale on the 10th day of June, A. D., 1924, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the Front Door of the Court House, Havre, Montana, in the said County of Hill, the following property, to-wit: The East-half of the West-half and the West-half of the East-half of Section Twenty-nine, Township Thirty-two North, Range Fourteen East of the Montana Meridian.
