BANK PAYS DEPOSITORS. Natchez, Miss, Jan. 21.-At the term of chancery court now in session here Chancellor R. W. Cutrer rendered a decree authorizing the receiver of the Bluff City Savings Bank to pay an additional 20 per cent dividend to the depositors of the failed institution. This will make 60 per cent in all that has been paid since the institution closed about two years ago. The chancellor also gave an order approving the charter of Our Shoe Store, which went into the hands of a receiver several months ago and the liquidation of the business. A number of divorce decrees were also given.
