# Faulty Indictment Is # Returned in Rieland # Lidgerwood Bank Case Fargo, N. D., Mar. 29.-(AP)-Al- though charged in a federal indict- ment with embezzlement from the First National bank, Lidgerwood, North Dakota, George H.. Rieland, Wahpeton, never has had any con- nection with that institution and the indictment should have been in con- nection with his administration as receiver of the Farmers National bank of Lidgerwood. This developed late yesterday when published reports of his indictment by a federal grand jury here were questioned. The United States dis- trict attorney's offices has announced a new indictment will be sought from the next federal grand jury.
