LOUIS, March 29.-The Union-Easton Trust Company, neighborhood bank with a capital surplus of $243,000 and deposits of $816,000, closed today by order of the Directors who said detrimental rumors resulting in heavy withdrawals forced the bank into the hands of the Commissioner of Finance.
