Did Not Want to See Him. During a trial in Judge Williams' court at Little Rock, on Tuesday, Mr. Hemingway, of the law firm of Hemingway & Rose, charged Col. S. W. Fordyce and the St. Louis Trust Company with collusion, when the Colonel was appointed receiver. Col. Fordyce arose and denounced the firm of lawyers making the charge as falsifiers, and when the Colonel delivered himself of this speech, he crossed over to where Hemingway was sitting and said, "Do you wish to see me on the street?" to which Mr. Hemingway replied, "No sir." Things looked squally for a while in that Court room.
