ST. LOUIS. Suspension of the Commercial Bank. ST. LOUIS, Nov. 11.-Quite a panic OCcurred here to-day by the reported failure of the Commercial Bank. Its stock sold yesterday at ten dollars for one hundred shares, and this morning its paper was generally refused. About noon it closed doors. The other banks are deliberating whether to come to its assistance.
