Receiver's Sale. TOTICE is hereby given. that in pursuance of an order made by the District Court in and for Doniphan Countv. State of Kansas at its December term. A. D. 1880, in an action in said Court pending. wherein Dustin M. Parker is plaintiff, and R. L. McDonald. Administrator of Armstrong Beattie, deceased, Charles Barkhalter. Robert Tracy, Frank M. Tracy, Robert S. Dinsmore, Celestia M. Parker, Mary Michallis, Gilman Plumer, and the State Savings Bank of St. Joseph. Mo., are defendants. I will. on the 16th day of May, A. D. 1881, at 2o'clock, P. M., at the north door of the Court House, in the town of Troy, in said County. sell at public auction the following described real estate, situate in said County, to wit: but No. five, (5) in Hayten's Addition to the City of Troy, appraised at $10,000; also, Lot No. four. (4) in said Hayton's Addition to the City of Troy, appraised at $1,200. X. K. STOUT. Receiver. Pr's fee, $9. April 14. 1881-5w.
