FAILED BANK RECEIVER IS NAMED AT SIKESTON SIKESTON, Mo., Dec. The Bank of Sikeston here of which c. D. Matthews is president, has been appointed receiver for the People's Bank of Sikeston. which was closed by order of its board of directors Degiven as the cause of the bank's fall- c. V.
