TRIAL OF RICHMOND BANKER MEETS DELAY CARROLLTON, MO., May 31.(Special)-Trial of L. Bay, treasurer of the defunct Richmond Trust company. which was scheduled here this morning before Judge A. W. Walker of Fayette, was postponed on account of the late arrival of a state witness. Mr. Bay is charged with forgery in connection with the failure of the bank in the Ray county seat. The case was brought here on a change of venue. The trial was expected to begin this afternoon.
