Bank Affairs Closed Final settlement of the affairs of the State Bank of New Bloomfield was made in circuit court Wednesday when I.L. Edwards. special deputy commissioner, fil ed his final report showing $122 on hand. The amount was ordered disbursed to pay attorney's fees and court costs. The bank paid 11½ per cent
