Browning, deputy commissioner. showing that the bank receiver will receive from said Liberty Central Trust Co., assigned to said bank in the sum of preferred claims which have been $3,705.18; and the Finance Commissioner states that he can collect as much as $25,000.00 from the notes still in the hands of said Trust Co. The above petition is granted, and it is ordered that the deputy F1. nance Commissioners consummate the redemption of said notes from said Trust Co., on the terms set forth above.
