Hubbard Sued By Bank Receiver Suit was fied in Federal Court Cape Girardeau last week against E. Hubbard, former president of the First National Bank, to force settlement of the $12,700 due the bank the 100 stock assessment made by the Treasury Department last January 25, and for the settlement of notes due the bank by Mr. Hubbard. Hodges, the receiver, titioned the Federal Court during its last term asking that Mr. Hubbard be thrown into involuntary bankruptbut the court failed to find in vor of the receiver, so the bank ceiver now the accounts the bank holds.
